Mike's entire career has been in the food industry.  He started with a local manufacturerer selling equipment right out of college.  He then moved to Vulcan in 1986 where he was Territory Manager before starting Elite Marketing with Ed Sutryk in 1999.

Mike's primary role is to work closely with our Authorized Food Service Dealers in our marketplace educating them and their customers on the benifits of our products.   Mike

enjoys working directly with endusers promoting Elite's high quality lines. 

Mike is a NAFEM Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) and is ServSafe certified.  He graduated from Northern Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Urban Economics.

Before forming Elite Marketing, Inc. with Mike, Ed was Territory Manager for InterMetro starting in 1991.   Prior to joining Metro, Ed was a Territory Manager for a Food Distributor based in the Chicago Metropolitan Area.

Ed calls on the Foodservice Consultants in Chicago assisting them in specifying our products.  He also calls on our Authorized Food Service Dealers in Chicago and Central Illinois.   Spending time educating endusers is also one of Ed's roles at Elite.

Ed is NAFEM Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) and is SafeServ certified. He graduated from University of Wisconsin with a bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Elite has won back-to-back Representives of the Year for both Street Sales and Contract Sales Departments in 2008 and 2009 for a very large Dealer based in Chicago.  

Janice was awarded Customer Service Representive of the year for Structural Concepts and also with a Chicago based Dealer both in 2007.
